Appointments allow time to discuss your concerns, address multiple issues in one visit when appropriate, and understand your medical conditions, medications, and plan of care. Care is guided by careful listening, thorough evaluation, and clear explanations.

Primary Care

Comprehensive primary care for adults, including preventive care, common illnesses, chronic conditions, medication management, and care coordination. Same-day acute visits are offered; call the office for availability.

Visits may include follow-up after testing, treatment, or referral, as well as evaluation of persistent or complex health concerns.

Medical Dermatology and Office Procedures

Evaluation and treatment of skin concerns, including rashes, acne, skin infections, changing moles or lesions, and skin cancer evaluation and management. Available services include:

• Advanced dermatoscopic examinations with the DermLite DL5 Plus
• Liquid nitrogen treatment and cryosurgery when appropriate
• In-office skin procedures, including cosmetic scar repair and cosmetic lesion removal

Treatment depends on the findings and clinical appropriateness. Referral is arranged when additional specialist care is needed. Cosmetic services may not be covered by insurance; contact the office about pricing and coverage before your visit.

Ear Care

Earwax removal and digital otoscopic examinations are available. Digital otoscopy allows patients to see the ear canal and eardrum in real time and allows images to be recorded when appropriate.

Cardiac Evaluation

Advanced stethoscope examinations support collection of heart-sound recordings and rhythm tracings as part of the clinical evaluation. Additional testing or referral may be recommended based on your symptoms and examination.

Diagnostic Consultations

Focused consultations are available for persistent, complex, or unclear symptoms. Courtney reviews your history, previous records and testing when available, and the full clinical picture to help clarify next steps. Recommendations may include further evaluation, treatment, monitoring, or referral.

Services Being Developed

On-site laboratory services and vaccines are not currently available. The practice is exploring an arrangement for in-office specimen collection with testing performed by an outside laboratory, along with in-office A1c and rapid respiratory PCR testing. These services have not launched, and availability will be announced when confirmed.

In-office placement of 7–14 day Zio heart-rhythm monitors, with physician interpretation of the studies, is also planned. Please call to confirm availability before requesting this service.
