The website describes general practice, medical dermatology, and diagnostic consultation services offered by the Practice. The Patient Portal link directs users to Carepatron, a third-party service used for secure patient access, account information, invoices, and balances. Insurance, Billing, Refunds, Disputes, and Cancellations
Insurance participation and coverage may change and are not guarantees of payment. Patients should confirm plan-specific benefits and network status. Payment responsibilities, refunds, billing disputes, cancellations, no-shows, and payment plans are governed by the Practice’s Payment, Refund, Dispute, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Privacy
